Instead the solution developed by our graphics design studio captured this ideal by making the most of a suite of watercolour effects to capture rippling water, and liberally using fresh, appealing hues of blue.
Images highlight the colourful, casual and welcoming feel that the suburb is known for, in bespoke photography of local details like weathered timber furniture, hand-drawn signs, artisan fashions and casual chic cafes.

The enticing Bayside character is being carried across all the deliverable marketing elements – website, brochure, EDM, renders, floorplan illustrations and an upcoming video to promote the project.
The copy equally had to bring home some of the key points of this upmarket development’s unique sales proposition, including researching and communicating the burgeoning future that urban renewal and state and local government policy is nurturing.
